Founding cohort launching soon at a reduced rate
You might relate to this if....
- You've learned BA theory, but struggle applying in messy situations
- You jump into solutions too quickly
- You're unsure what questions to ask in stakeholder conversations
- You understand the tools, but not always how to think through ambiguity
- You struggle explaining your thinking clearly in interviews and real projects
- You want practical confidence, not just certifications
What this is
BA Experience Lab is a guided 4-week guided cohort designed to help you practice the thinking side of business analysis.
This is not a theory based course or a set of templates.
You'll work through realistic BA scenarios where the problem is unclear, stakeholders have different views, information is incomplete, and there isn't always an obvious answer.
The focus is on learning how to:
- Break down messy situations
- Ask better questions
- Avoid jumping straight to solutions
- Explain your reasoning clearly
- Make stronger decisions as a BA
Why this matters
Most BA training teaches techniques. But real BA work often requires judgement.
You can learn requirements, process maps, agile, user stories, SQL, Power BI and stakeholder management and still feel unsure when faced with a messy real situation.
That's usually because the missing piece is not knowledge. It's practice applying your thinking when things are unclear.
BA Experience Lab helps you build that practical confidence.
Who this is for
This cohort is for:
- Aspiring Business Analysts who want to move beyond the theory
- Career Changers trying to show transferable experience
- Junior Or Developing Business Analysts who want more confidence
- Technical/data focused analysts moving closer to BA work
- BAs who want to strengthen problem framing, stakeholder thinking and communication
If you have learned the tools or theory but still feel unsure how to apply them in real world situations, this is designed for you.
You might recognise this feeling
- "I know the theory, but i'm not sure how to apply it"
- "I jump into solutions too quickly"
- "I struggle to explain my thinking clearly"
- "I'm not sure what questions I should ask first"
- "I want to feel more confident in BA interviews or scenarios"
- "I have experience but I don't always know how to position it"
If any of these feel familiar, the cohort is built around helping you practice that exact gap.
